Refund Policy

1. Overview

TheoryLane Premium is sold as a digital subscription. Because access is granted immediately after manual payment review, refunds are limited and handled case by case.

2. When we may refund

We may approve a refund if:

  • You were charged twice for the same plan and period
  • We approved the wrong plan or duration by mistake
  • Premium was never activated within 7 days of a verified payment
  • You contact us within 14 days of payment and have not substantially used Premium features (e.g. unlimited mock tests)

3. When we usually cannot refund

  • You changed your mind after Premium was activated
  • You failed an official driving theory exam
  • You submitted an incorrect transaction ID or screenshot that delayed approval
  • Your subscription period has already ended or you used Premium extensively

4. How to request a refund

Email us with your account email, payment wallet (KBZPay or WavePay), transaction ID, payment date, and a brief reason. We respond within 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds for manual wallet payments are returned via the same wallet where possible, or by another method we agree on.

5. Subscription extensions

If you renew while Premium is still active, new days are added to your current expiry date — you do not lose remaining time.
